How we protect your exploration data.
We take the security of customer data very seriously at Mineflow. Mineral exploration data is highly sensitive and valuable—we understand that and have built our platform with security as a core principle. If you have additional questions regarding security, we are happy to answer them.

Quick Links
Hosting & Architecture
- All cloud services are hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- AI inference is powered by APIs from OpenAI and Anthropic for data parsing and processing tasks.
- Customer exploration data (drill files, geophysical datasets, assays) is stored in encrypted AWS S3 buckets.
- All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
Data Usage & AI Training
Your exploration data belongs to you. We use it only to:
- Provide the service you request (running models, generating predictions)
- Improve Mineflow (e.g., debugging data parsers, fixing ingestion issues)
We do not use your raw exploration data to train generalized machine learning models. Any diagnostic work is limited to tightly scoped, access-controlled environments and never involves repurposing your datasets for model training.
We never sell, lease, or share your raw data or results with other customers or third parties.
Access Controls
- Access to customer data is strictly limited to Mineflow personnel who need it to perform their job functions.
- All employees with data access are bound by confidentiality agreements.
- We actively monitor for automated downloading or exfiltration behavior and reserve the right to suspend accounts that attempt it.
Data Sharing
We do not share your data except:
- If required by law (we will notify you when legally possible)
- With vetted service providers (e.g., AWS) who must follow the same security standards
- In connection with or during negotiations of any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition
