Data privacy and security

Your private exploration data

You retain ownership of the non-public files and information you upload. Uploading a file does not add it to Mineflow's public collection or make it available to other customers.

We do not use your private exploration data to train models.

Mineflow processes your data to provide the service, such as reading supported files, preparing maps, searching your workspace, and generating the outputs you request. Authorized support and diagnostic work helps resolve issues with those workflows.

Control access to your work

Private files and results are protected by account permissions. A link to a private page is not a substitute for access to its underlying data.

Watchlists have an explicit access list. The owner chooses which eligible teammates can open a watchlist and whether they are editors or viewers. Being on the same team does not automatically share every watchlist.

Exported files are separate copies on your device. Share them according to your organization's requirements and any applicable source terms.

Storage and service providers

Customer data is held in access-controlled cloud systems, including encrypted storage where applicable, and is encrypted in transit and at rest. Service providers may process information as needed to operate Mineflow.

We do not sell your private exploration data. Our Privacy Policy explains processing, service providers, retention, and data requests. The Terms of Service describe use of the service and its outputs.
