Billing overview
Check your plan and balance, understand what uses credits, and follow your spending in one place.
Check your account and balance
Open Billing from the app sidebar. The Overview tab shows your plan, its current state, your available credits and any credits reserved for processing. Existing subscriptions keep the contract terms shown on this page.
Credit balances belong to each named user and are not pooled across the team. The guides below explain what your plan includes and when a search or upload uses credits.
Read your monthly usage
Open Billing → Usage. It starts with the current calendar month in UTC. Use the Month selector to review another month and the chart to compare daily activity.
| Figure | What it includes |
|---|---|
| Total searches | Map and list search attempts, including empty, failed and credit-blocked attempts. Retrying the same request counts once; submitting a new search counts again. |
| Credits used | Completed usage charges. Buying credits, receiving a monthly allocation and reserving processing credits do not count as usage. |
| Map search costs | Credits charged for newly opened public map data. |
| File processing | Credits charged for successfully processed file components. |
| Files submitted | Files included in processing attempts, including reruns. |
| Credits returned | Credit refunds, shown separately from usage charges. |
The activity table shows each operation, its status and its charge. An account can have search activity with zero credits used when those searches are free, included in the plan or reopen acquired data. Activity before credit tracking was enabled is not reconstructed here.
Buy credits and check payments
- Select Buy credits in Billing or the sidebar. Free accounts first choose a paid plan through Choose a plan.
- Enter the Amount to add. One credit costs $1 USD; the price per credit stays the same for larger purchases. The dialog shows the permitted amount and the total before you continue.
- Select Continue to choose or add a payment method securely in Stripe Checkout.
- Return to Billing. Your balance increases after payment is confirmed. If confirmation is still processing, check Billing before starting another purchase.
| Tab | Use it to |
|---|---|
| Payment methods | Check the Stripe connection and payment methods associated with this account. |
| Billing history | Review subscription payments and credit purchases. |
| Credit grants | See where credits came from, the remaining amount and any expiry date. |
A Stripe connection belongs to the signed-in account. Creating a separate Mineflow account does not copy another account's subscription or payment method. An existing subscription is shown with its original contract pricing.
Auto-reload is not currently available. Buy credits when needed; a saved payment method alone does not authorize automatic top-ups. Where available, Cancel plan shows the effective date before you confirm cancellation. Existing contracts may require assistance with changes.
Report incorrect data
Use Report incorrect data beside the affected result or company. Choose the issue type and describe what appears incorrect, with enough source context to investigate. Reporting uses no credits.
Follow the report in Data issues. A confirmed issue can receive a credit adjustment after review when it is linked to charged data. Submitting a report does not automatically refund a search. Credit returns appear separately in Usage.
