Mineflow Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

When you visit mineflow.ai or use our platform, we may collect:

• Account details – name, email, company, billing info.
• Technical details – IP address, browser type, usage logs.
• Customer Data – drill-hole files, lithology tables, geophysical images, assay spreadsheets, or any other files you upload.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To deliver the service – run models, create maps and predictions, let you export results.
• To improve the service – refine our parsers, fix bugs, and make Mineflow faster and more accurate.
• To communicate with you – send essential notices, updates, and (if you opt in) product news.

3. Storage & Security

• All Customer Data is stored in encrypted AWS S3 buckets.
• Access is limited to Mineflow personnel who need it to do their jobs and who are bound by confidentiality.

4. Sharing

We never sell, lease, or show your raw data or results to another customer or to third parties, except:

• if required by law (we’ll notify you when legally possible);
• to vetted service providers (e.g., AWS) who must follow the same security standards;
• in connection with or during negotiations of any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

5. Retention

We will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy or as required by law. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data by emailing ryan@mineflow.ai.

7. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Any changes become effective when we post the revised Privacy Policy on our Website. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information.
