Terms of Service

Mineflow Terms & Conditions

Effective 7 July 2025

1. Acceptance

By accessing mineflow.ai (including its sub-pages) or by uploading data, you agree to these Terms and to follow all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Limited License

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive license to:

  • view the site;
  • run Mineflow models;
  • download or export the predictions and visualizations we generate for your projects.

Under this license you may not:

  • reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our software;
  • remove copyright or trademark notices;
  • “mirror” our site or outputs in violation of these Terms.
  • train, fine-tune, evaluate, or benchmark any model (including LLMs, computer-vision, or bespoke geological models) on Mineflow’s mineral exploration datasets, derived data products, or service outputs.
  • scrape or attempt to bulk download mineral exploration data, model outputs, or map tiles hosted by Mineflow.
  • publish, redistribute, or otherwise make public any Mineflow predictions, reports, or visualizations without our prior written permission, except for internal use within your organization.

The license ends automatically if you break any rule here.

3. Your Data

You keep all ownership rights in the data you upload.

You grant Mineflow the right to use that data only to:

  1. provide the service you request, and
  2. improve Mineflow (e.g., debug systems for ingesting data).

We do not share your raw data or results with other customers in any form.

4. Disclaimer

Mineflow is provided “as is.” We make no warranties—express or implied—about accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Always verify results with professional judgement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Mineflow will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, lost data, business interruption) arising from your use of the site, even if we were advised of the possibility.

6. Accuracy of Materials

Content on the site may change without notice. We do not guarantee it is complete, current, or error-free.

7. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes will be heard exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

9. Publication & Data Controls

All mineral exploration datasets, intermediate processing files, and Mineflow-generated predictions remain confidential to you and Mineflow. You may not publish, disclose, or sublicense those materials (including figures, tables, or screenshots) without written approval from Mineflow.

If you want to cite, present, or otherwise share Mineflow outputs externally, email ryan@mineflow.ai with the proposed use so we can confirm the scope and grant permission.
