Mineflow Privacy Policy
Effective May 13, 2026
1. What We Collect
When you visit mineflow.ai, create an account, subscribe, or use Mineflow, we may collect:
- Account details - name, email, company, role, login identifiers, profile details, and communications with us.
- Subscription and billing details - plan, subscription status, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, invoices, payment status, billing address, and tax or company information you provide. Stripe processes card and payment method details; Mineflow does not store full card numbers.
- Usage and technical details - IP address, browser and device details, log data, pages viewed, searches, saved maps, exports, alerts, upload events, and product interactions.
- Customer Data - files, tabular data, geospatial data, images, geometries, annotations, saved searches, watch areas, or other information you upload or submit.
- Public-source workflow data - public documents, datasets, project records, company records, map layers, search results, and derived metadata that the Service indexes, links, visualizes, or exports.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To deliver the Service - authenticate users, provide search, maps, alerts, exports, visualizations, uploads, indexing, georeferencing, and support.
- To operate subscriptions and billing - create Stripe checkout sessions, manage subscriptions, process invoices, verify payment status, prevent fraud, and provide billing support.
- To secure and improve Mineflow - monitor reliability, debug errors, improve parsers and workflows, prevent scraping or misuse, and understand feature usage.
- To communicate with you - send transactional notices, support responses, security updates, billing notices, product updates, and optional marketing communications where permitted.
3. Storage & Security
- Customer Data is stored in access-controlled cloud systems, including encrypted AWS S3 buckets where applicable.
- Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
- Access is limited to Mineflow personnel who need it to do their jobs and who are bound by confidentiality.
- We monitor for automated downloading, credential sharing, suspicious access patterns, and attempts to exfiltrate hosted exploration data.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information or Customer Data. We do not show your non-public raw data or private results to another customer. We may share information only as needed:
- with infrastructure, analytics, support, security, and payment providers, including Stripe for billing and subscription processing;
- with professional advisors and contractors who are bound by confidentiality obligations;
- if required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, security, or prevent abuse;
- in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of company assets; or
- with your consent or at your direction.
5. Retention
We retain personal information and Customer Data for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, secure the Service, enforce agreements, and support backups and audit records. When we no longer have a legitimate business need to retain personal information, we will delete, anonymize, or de-identify it where practical.
6. Your Choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal information by emailing ryan@mineflow.ai. You can also manage subscription payment methods and invoices through Stripe billing flows when made available. Some information may be retained where required for legal, billing, security, or legitimate business reasons.
7. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes become effective when posted unless otherwise stated. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
8. Mineral Exploration Data Safeguards
Mineflow does not authorize users, partners, vendors, or other customers to train machine-learning models, perform large-scale scraping, or bulk-export mineral exploration data hosted on the Service except through normal product exports and written permissions. Diagnostic work we perform to improve Mineflow is limited to access-controlled environments and is not a license for others to repurpose hosted datasets or private Customer Data.
If you need to publish Mineflow outputs, redistribute data hosted by Mineflow, or share screenshots, maps, figures, tables, exports, or reports externally, contact us first so we can confirm the permitted scope and any source-specific restrictions.
