Tenement Watchlists

Keep an exact, shared set of tenement titles together across supported Australian and international live feeds, then review changes or open the complete set on Mineflow's map.

Overview

Open Tenure → Watchlists to see every watchlist you can access. Each row identifies its sharing scope, your role, member and title counts, unreviewed changes, and the latest WA MTO result when that optional service is in use.

The index separates the shared watchlist itself from its monitoring results. Open a row to work with its titles, activity, WA MTO options, members, and personal notifications.

Create a Shared Watchlist

Select Create watchlist, name the collection, and choose who can read it. Initial map selection is optional; you can create an empty workspace and add exact titles later.

Create watchlist dialog with name, initial map selection, description, and sharing fields.
Company watchlists are readable across the company workspace. Restricted watchlists are visible only to explicitly added members.
  • Name should describe the area, asset group, or land-review objective your team will recognize.
  • Initial titles lets you draw a box and add every current title intersecting it as part of setup.
  • Sharing controls who can discover the watchlist; roles inside the watchlist control who can edit it.

Add Exact Titles

Owners and editors can select Add titles from the workspace. Mineflow resolves each input to one current title and reports added, duplicate, unresolved, ambiguous, and invalid rows separately. It does not make approximate title matches.

Add tenement titles dialog showing map selection, pasted title IDs, jurisdiction selection, CSV upload, and import preview.
The preview is the preflight check. Confirm the jurisdiction for formatted numbers and resolve any row errors before adding the batch.

Paste exact IDs

Enter one title per line or use a comma-separated list. Choose the jurisdiction used to resolve formatted numbers such as E 28/3494.

Upload a CSV

Upload a CSV of title identifiers for a larger batch. Mineflow previews valid rows, duplicate rows, and parse errors before anything is added.

Select a map area

Draw one box to collect every current title intersecting the area. The resulting titles still resolve to exact current register records.

In the Australian Browse dashboard, you can also select rows and use Add selected to watchlist. That handoff keeps each row's formatted number and jurisdiction together during exact resolution. For another supported country, open the watchlist and use Add titles with the matching jurisdiction.

Read the Titles Workspace

The workspace opens on Titles. Its summary cards show the collection size, unreviewed changes since monitoring began, and WA-only check timing. Click a title row to keep that title selected in the URL, or use View on map to open all watched title polygons in a new map tab.

Each title row preserves register identity, current status, holder, end date, latest change, WA MTO applicability, and review state. Non-WA rows show MTO as not applicable.

New

A post-baseline register change has not yet been triaged.

Reviewing

A team member has started reviewing the change and its source evidence.

Resolved

The change was reviewed and no longer contributes to the new change count.

Members, Notifications, and Billing State

The Settings tab keeps shared access separate from personal notifications and optional WA billing. Owners manage members, owners and editors add titles, and viewers can review the shared state. The Notify me about changes switch applies only to your account.

Continue the Workflow

Use Watchlist Activity to read published changes and source evidence. If the watchlist has Western Australian titles, use WA MTO Checks to understand optional official-search cadence, costs, and run history.
