WA MTO Checks

Plan and review optional official Mineral Titles Online searches for Western Australian titles without changing how the rest of the watchlist receives published live-feed updates.

Western Australia Only

Open a watchlist and select WA MTO. The blue scope notice states how many Western Australian titles are eligible for official MTO checks. Titles from every supported jurisdiction stay in the same watchlist, but non-WA titles never enter an MTO order.

The MTO tab is an optional verification layer. Public live-feed activity remains available for the complete watchlist even when the paid schedule is disabled.

Set the Check Cadence

Owners edit the business-day schedule on the AWST day bar. Add a time by clicking inside the editable window or by entering a time, then review the predicted next run and cost model before selecting Save cadence.

The calculator updates from the WA title count, checks per business day, and requested XML sections. Treat it as an estimate; the provider's live quote is authoritative.
  • Check times snap to 15-minute increments within the editable 08:30–16:45 AWST window.
  • The day bar marks register timing, the noticeboard edge, and the MTO maintenance window so timing decisions remain visible.
  • Daily, monthly, and annual estimates recalculate before the cadence is saved; owners can compare coverage with expected spend.
  • If no paid-search provider or billing owner is connected, the cadence remains visible for planning but live paid runs stay blocked.

Run a One-Off Check

Owners and editors can use Run check now for a separate one-off order. The confirmation dialog shows the title count, batch count, estimate, and configured caps before it queues anything. Retrying the same confirmation does not create a second provider order.

One-off checks use the saved section and spend policy, but they do not change the recurring cadence. Progress and final evidence appear in Check run history.

Read Check Run History

Each history row records status, requested and resolved titles, changes found, quoted and charged cost, provider order reference, delivery time, artifact checksum, and parser version. That evidence lets operators distinguish an order failure from a delivery delay or parser problem without purchasing the same extract again.

Queued → ordered

The request is accepted, section selection and the live quote are checked, and the provider order is created only after spend safeguards pass.

Awaiting delivery → parsing

Mineflow waits for the provider XML, stores the delivered artifact, verifies it, and parses the requested sections.

Completed or hard-stopped

Completed runs report resolved titles, changes, and charged cost. Failed, suspended, or payment-unknown runs retain evidence and show operator guidance.

Connect Results Back to Activity

Completed checks and their observed changes also appear in the Watchlist Activity ledger. Use Activity when you need the chronological source story; use Check run history when you need provider-order, delivery, cost, and artifact evidence.
