Onboarding

1. Welcome Screen

When you first sign up, you'll be greeted with our welcome screen that guides you through the onboarding process.

2. Project Setup

You can optionally list projects you're working on.

For each project, we let you specify information about what resources you're targeting (copper, gold, lithium, coal, etc.) and where the project is located. This helps us adjust our models accordingly and find relevant historical data and academic publications for your area, but it is not required.

3. File Upload

You have two options for uploading your files:

• Upload files/folders manually
• Paste a Dropbox, Google Drive, or OneDrive/Sharepoint link (make sure to share the link with ryan@mineflow.ai so our AI agent can access the folder)

4. Summary

Click "Finish & Process Files" to start the indexing process. This can take anywhere from 2 minutes to 2 hours depending on the size of your dataset (some teams upload 3 files, others upload 50,000+ or 500GBs).

5. Processing

During this time, our system reads through all your files and folders, pulling out relevant components. For example, if it finds drill collar data in one file and then later discovers mineralization data from those same drill holes in a PDF, it organizes that information together for you.

Finally, the system assigns each file to one of your projects based on the location and content of the data.
