Onboarding
Get started with Mineflow in a few simple steps.
1. Welcome Screen

When you first sign up, you'll be greeted with our welcome screen that guides you through the onboarding process.
2. Choose Data

During onboarding, you can start from curated sample datasets or bring your own exploration files. The sample library includes reports, drill CSVs, mineral occurrence spreadsheets, shapefiles, geophysical maps, and NetCDF survey data so you can see Mineflow working before uploading a private project.
- Select one or more sample datasets and process them into your drive.
- Drag and drop files, choose individual files, or choose an entire folder.
- Paste a Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or SharePoint link. For private shared folders, grant access to the Mineflow account shown in the upload dialog before submitting the link.
See Data Uploads for the current upload workflow and Supported File Formats for the full parser list.
3. Processing

During this time, our system reads through all your files and folders, pulling out relevant components. For example, if it finds drill collar data in one file and then later discovers mineralization data from those same drill holes in a PDF, it joins those into a single drill hole.
Note: Very large folders and unusual file structures can take longer to stage and index. If a project is unusually large or business-critical, contact Mineflow support so we can help process it efficiently.
